Join Kay Lisch for some intensives to get your body and soul in shape for 2010. 

Sweat & Soul will raise the roof of your energy and unleash radiant health and  well-being.  This is an opportunity to fully recharge your body, mind and spirit. Our process  is designed to help you begin a daily practice to  lose weight, improve fitness,  feel happier and deepen  your spirit. We’ll be working as a team to support your growth to be as balanced, healthy and fulfilled as possible. Our sessions will combine an hour of exercise (dance, yoga, pilates, weights, and plyometrics)  with  an hour of health coaching  & meditation to inspire, energize, motivate, focus, and connect   your body and soul.

January Schedule

    • Tuesdays 9am-11am  Plano Y:  Yoga, Plyometrics, Coaching on “Positivelife”--Using  positive psychology to create your heart’s desire. (no class 1/12)
    • Fridays 9am-11am Coopers Aerobics Center :  Salsa, Stretching, Spa, Coaching on  “CleanLife”.  Using natural ways to detox for weight loss, health and beauty. (no class 1/15)
    • Saturdays 10am-12noon. Plano Y: Yoga, Walk & Talk, “BodyAlive”—Improving body awareness through movement, breathing, and centering practices.  (no class 1/16 & 23)
    • Sundays, 9:30am-11:30am. Dallas Yoga Center.  Meditation, Buddhist talk/ Discussion, Coaching on “InnerLife”--Activating your highest body, mind, and soul through meditation & visualization. (no class 1/17 & 23)

Cost. $49 per session or $199 for the month (unlimited sessions).  Cost includes  free classes at Plano Y and Coopers Aerobics Center.
